In order to provide deep expertise of projects, Softline Venture Partners engages internal and external experts.

Each project is considered by Softline software sales, marketing and finance experts. It allows to analyze the project completely and to get conclusions on its different aspects.

External experts are professionals from leading companies operating in software market segment of the project and other software market entities and venture investors. Their professional excellence and experience allow to get detached view of the project and to get comments and recommendations that would be taken into consideration in our investment decision.

Expert council is important element of project examination. Council considers different Internet, software development projects passed all stages of preliminary analysis of internal Softline and SVP experts. Final investment decision depends on Expert Council judgment. Members of the Expert Council take part in Softline Venture Partners activity on noncommercial basis. Experts act to promote development of prospective Russian information technologies. Members of the Council are participants of related to information technologies segments of the economy: government, venture funds, software developers. It allows to consider all aspects and to conduct more effective examination. Largest venture funds participate in Softline Venture Partners activities. It might additionally become preliminary examination for possibility of investing of the project on later stages after SVP completes investments. It increases opportunities of investments for software developers.
